Limited Warranty - Three Years
We manufacture our products to the highest quality standards and tolerances possible because we believe in shipping products that we feel comfortable having in our personal builds. FLUIX Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for up to 3 years. FLUIX Inc. will replace the FLUIX product free of charge if your defect is covered by the Warranty with a comparable item. At FLUIX’s discretion, we can void any warranty claims if the product is out of the 3 year warranty time frame. Customers will contact FLUIX by email at email@example.com for any returns or warranty claims. Customers will pay for shipping, any damages during shipping is not covered by warranty. See below for shipping and return instructions. Limited Warranty includes any manufacturing defects that impedes the proper working condition of the product. This does not include hairline scratches or cracks. We can refuse warranty or claim if purchase date cannot be proven.

FLUIX will not cover damage to Motherboard, CPU, RAM, Power Supply, Graphics Card, or other electronic components of the customer's computer. The Customer relinquishes FLUIX Inc. for any liability or responsibility in the event of a leak or damage to the Customers electronic equipment. The Customer Party holds FLUIX Inc. harmless of any risk or damage to equipment or components.
Cases when FLUIX product Warranty does not Apply
The FLUIX product Warranty does not apply if the FLUIX product has been installed and/or used in a manner that does not comply with the user instructions, or has been fitted on unsuitable materials.
1. Normal wear and tear such as metal scratches and acrylic/acetal scratches. Handle with care to avoid scratches and keep the product in great condition.
2. If the FLUIX product has been modified or repaired by personnel other than FLUIX’s.
3. If the defect or damage has been caused by accident, lightning, or other electrical discharge, fresh or saltwater immersion or spray (outside FLUIX product specifications);or exposure to environmental conditions for which the FLUIX product is not intended.
4. Where the FLUIX product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
5. User mounts TRI-SWIFT Water Block with third party mounting accessories.
6. Discoloration caused by coolants, thermal interface material, oxidation are not covered under this warranty. These processes are normal, we recommend using a micro-fiber cloth to clean the block. Flush the block with distilled water to remove residue from previous coolants.
7. General abuse: Treat FLUIX’s products with care, any abuse from modding, or over tightening mounting hardware, or forcing screws into threads cannot be covered.
8. CPU overclocking: Overclock your CPU at your own risk, although our products are made for extreme thermal performance, we cannot cover any damages to your CPU.
9. O-rings: We use high quality industrial EPDM O-rings, however even the best O-rings can be cut or pinched, we cannot cover these damages. If damage occurred because of a mistake, send us an email and we will send out a replacement.
The FLUIX TRI-SWIFT CPU Water Block is intended to provide a means to cool the Central Processing Unit (“Processor”) of the consumer's computer. The TRI-SWIFT Water Block is intended to be installed on the CPU socket of the motherboard using the included mounting bracket, mounting screws and accessories only.
FLUIX products that are purchased directly from FLUIX shops may be returned by the Customer as long as they meet the requirements of FLUIX’s return policy and limited warrantyProducts returned for a refund for the reason of the customer making an incorrect purchase decision or having remorse must be received within 14 days of invoice date in undamaged and like new condition. Packaging may be open however the product must not show signs of use. We will charge up to a 20% restocking fee at FLUIX. Returns will not be accepted without an authorized confirmation email from our team, which is valid for 14 days after being issued.FLUIX will not demand a restocking fee for the returned products that are defective. Shipping Charges for Returns
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back. Please ship using a carrier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery. We recommend National post provider, GLS, DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEx. FLUIX will not be responsible for items lost by the carrier. Valid proof of delivery must include the receipt signature of an authorized FLUIX employee.
Damaged Items during delivery
All shipping packages are fully insured. If you receive a damaged package, you must notify us immediately in the RMA system and provide us with clear pictures. If you decide to reject your package due to the damage seen, please take some pictures before and report the issue with our Shipping and Orders Support Team by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org and including your order number.After that, we will inspect your case with the courier’s company and after your case is resolved, we will send you a replacement item at courier expense or process a refund.
